Established in 2025, Carroll Communications was born out of a desire to tell the stories that matter, better. Founder, Phil Carroll, MPH, works with clients to elevate issues that merit attention--and action. He has worked across the global health spectrum throughout his career--from maternal & child health, to vaccines & immunizations, to the health workforce, to non-communicable diseases--shining a much-needed spotlight on issues that all-too-often go unnoticed, or worse, forgotten.
Phil Carroll is an accomplished communications and advocacy executive, with nearly two decades of experience in the non-profit, for-profit, philanthropic, and advocacy sectors. He has worked for some of the biggest names in global health, including PATH, Save the Children, the International Rescue Committee, and the Johnson & Johnson Foundation. Most recently, he led the global communications team at Smile Train, the world's largest cleft-focused organization, where he oversaw multiple award-winning campaigns that raised critical awareness around the importance of cleft care. In 2024, PRNews honored Phil and his team with the prestigious "Non-Profit Communications Team of the Year" Platinum Award.
At Carroll Communications, we believe that collaboration is key to success. We work closely with our clients to understand their challenges and goals, and develop solutions that are tailor-made to their unique needs. Our approach is transparent, forward-thinking, and designed to drive results.
